Our main goal in providing Group fitness is to offer fun, uplifting, group fitness options to help you meet your fitness goals.  We limit the number of participants in each class so that every individual gets the attention and space they need.  For this reason it is important to book your spot online prior to class to ensure there is room for everyone.  You can view the schedule of classes and book your spot online by clicking on the link below.  Bring a friend and come see what Vigor has to offer!
